The European Space Agency (ESA) is an intergovernmental organization of 22 member states dedicated to space exploration. I worked at ESA’s establishment in The Netherlands, European Space Research and Technology Center (ESTEC) as a contract Graphic Designer.
My main duty at ESTEC was to assist the Head of Communications Department with the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Visual Identity by creating graphic design assets for various events, publications and company presentations. This included infographics for annual reports and brochures, posters, folders, banners and handouts for conferences and internal company events. Additionally I created a series of ten large posters that tell the story and evolution of ESTEC that were exhibited on site to mark 50 years of its existence, and contributed to set up other visual elements at events and exhibitions.
